In July 2017, Mile Marker Business and Consulting Services, LLC provided a huge boost to the financing efforts of a recent Ohio Transportation Company acquisition. The acquisition involving a longtime, solid performing acquisition target held several unique and complex characteristics that could best be identified as “Cash flow solid, but asset poor”; an opportunity well suited for the assistance of the Small Business Administration (SBA) 7A Guarantee Program.
